London Eating

I absolutely love O's. I've been living in Crouch End for nearly 4 years and go there regularly. I nearly always order the same dish and it always tastes good, you know exactly what you are getting there. I go for either green or red curry or Penang. Generally l get king prawn which is delicious and they are very generous with the prawns. My boyfriend always goes for the specials and is never disappointed.
It is not a glamorous setting but it doesn't claim to be. It's simple and you always leave well fed and feeling like you got a bargain. We have taken many friends there and they have all been impressed. The sharing platters to start are great and the house red is very drinkable.
In the summer they open the windows which is really nice and in winter it's generally quite toasty.
The food does come out quite fast which sometimes makes you wonder but it always tastes fresh to me.
Never had any problems with the staff or the bill. Some of the staff are quite characters and the rest are quiet but polite. Would highly recommend it.

London Eating

As always, the food is absolutely fantastic.
I normally go to O's for lunch. The £6.95 deal is included a starter and a main. Quick tasty food and friendly service are what we want for our lunch break. My good impression of this place made me had no doubt to take my old friend for a dinner treat. As always, the food is absolutely fantastic. Tom Ka soup is creamy with a hint of lime juice. Duck red curry and Spicy noodles are beautiful. The staff are friendly, approachable and attentive. They treated us as their friends and gave a sincere recommendation on food. The bill came out cheaper than what I expected. Good food, Good value, Good service. This is why I keep coming back here.

Consistently the best Thai I’ve tried, and believe me, I’ve tried hundreds.
I’ve been a regular since it opened and its definitely consistently the best Thai I’ve tried, and believe me, I’ve tried hundreds, but i keep coming back. Particular favourite is pad chu chee, would recommend the place to anyone unreservedly. staff are friendly and the eat fast and leave ethos is cool.

The waiters are lovely and do their upmost to help.
This is the most reliable good feed in Crouch End. The food is fresh and healthy and very good value for money. The waiters are lovely and do their upmost to help. I love the Pad Thai and the Curries…….Enjoy!

London Eating

A wonderful treat for lunch
Went to O's Thai Cafe for a quick lunch to escape the December rains (while house-hunting around Crouch End), and I was surprised to find such a good Thai restaurant there; and it was also quite a treat being nice and quiet as opposed to most restaurants I've been to in London.
The set menus were cheap – £6.50 per person – and the quality of the food was better than more expensive Thai restaurants I've been.
Having just visited Bangkok in September, I wouldn't say it was the most authentic Thai restaurant around, but that isn't the point. The satay starter was cooked just right, and the main courses - a green curry and a chicken noodle - was both very tasty; certainly a wonderful treat for lunch.

Absolutely love Thai O's. I live in Crouch end so its not a pain to get to at all. It's the perfect place to drop in and have a cheeky Thai not somewhere to hang around for hours but quick, polite and friendly service. The layout is cramped and the seats aren't very comfortable but tahts never bothered me. The food is delicious I agree with the other reviewer that they do a great pad chu chee (no.23 with chicken). Wash it all down with a Singa to get that all round Thai effect. Fanstastic. Try spring rolls for starters and you'll go home satisfied. I'd advise to get there early in order to get the quickest service and avoid missing out. It fills up quickly on a busy night so you might be dissapointed.

View London

It really is like being back in Bangkok.
I lived in Thailand for three years and I’m still amazed at the trouble I have finding a decent Thai restaurant in a city as big as London. Well, look no further – O’s Thai Café is it. Authentic, tasty dishes that haven’t just been copied out of a cook book – it really is like being back in Bangkok. Although, thankfully, O’s Thai Café comes without the suffocating pollution and pickpockets!
